So I can use any sprite from PFQ, if I don't recolor or fuse... If I used some sprites in a background, is that allowed?

Hi! I'd like to have permission to use the Shooting Star Cleffa sprite, the user Cerberus mentioned in their post it was for a custom charm sprite order. I was the person ordering and wanted to have permission to use it. With the proper credits of course.
May I have permission to use the shiny Espurr and BoxBox sprites? I was hoping to put them on a small button I want to make for my raffle thread~
