I love pokefarm Q, but I can't help but compare it to the original pokefarm. It holds its own and surpasses the old one in many places and events, this site is much more interactive and I love it. But there are two problems that come to mind with this site. The role playing section is pretty dead, especially the mature one, and I wish there was more advertisement or someway to draw in more members that have a shared interest in RPing to liven it up a bit more. Secondly, sometimes when I click Pokémon, my clicks get lost or for some reason the Pokémon clicks don't go through and I have to re click them all, or the fields freeze and don't load or more to another field.
But overall, I love this site and the people here. The tournaments here are unique and make pokefarm really interactive which makes it unique. Thank you for all your hard work and making this possible and always improving it!

I'm completely new to reviews so my apologises in advanced, I really like this game and can see why it's popular it's easy and a good way to learn about all the Pokemon since I'm a newbie to this but like i said I like this game and already made friend's and gained favourite Pokemon. Any problems or questions get solved quickly and the staff are lovely and I really enjoy the custom and sprite Pokemon i can't wait to see what other custom Pokemon i missed have a nice day
P.s if you ever make sprite or custom Pokemon like the staff pictures I hope I get some as i love a little stary ninetail and sai's mighty hyena (the adorable one with the bow) as Pokemon
Sorry for this weird review, you can see I'm new to this

The idea of having these collection type things and amazing people that help you, but has plenty to improve on as a whole and that's amazing

I've been playing PokeFarm since I was around... 13 years old? So it has been a wild 4, almost 5 years with this game and the "brand" if you will. In this review, I will be talking about my time on PFQ, some struggles I have had, as well as triumphs I've discovered.
Since joining PFQ in May of 2014, I have made quite a few friends, no enemies in my books, and have seen staff come and go. When I first joined, I was addicted to the point of clicking in to the wee hours of sunrise during the summer, trying to progress as fast as possible. I had no real tutorial or task goals to look at on what to do, so as I got more and more exhausted (which was MY fault), it became harder and harder to stay interested as collecting new eggs became challenging. When inviting friends, it became hard for them to stay interested in the game with the main goal being to collect as many unique Pokemon. Thankfully, with the recode and updates every few days or weeks, the website and game have become much more newbie friendly. It really helps to bring in some of my friends and have them enjoy this game with me. Spending my time on here, has been a wonderful investment for me and the few friends I have invited on over.
Struggles that I have had were finding people to trade evolve with, talking to others, and staying interested. Now, this is my fault once again, but please hear me out. Since I was a wee pre-teen, it's hard for me to be confrontational and ask for things, it is part of who I am. I know many others suffer from that characteristic and find it hard to overcome, so personal messaging other users? Out of the question, for the longest of times! I would only interact with other players (interact as in messaging, and trading) when they approached me. It was shocking to see such a lovely community interact with little ol' me, but it was nice. Thankfully, I have seemed to overcome confrontation for the most part.
Since I pretty much summed up my first two struggles, I'll move on to the last one I have had, which is staying interested. It has been a constant struggle for me to stay interested as a normal user. With school and other games, I encounter times where PFQ just is not fun anymore. Sure, the tasks can be fun, and it can be exhilarating unlocking new summons or the Shiny and Albino Radars, but then once it gets to hunting, the motivation stops. Especially if it is for Melanistic Pokemon (such a cool concept!), and I feel like maybe a tracking percentage for the chances of one should be in place somewhere. The percentage of chance for Shiny Pokemon has always helped me stay motivated, but now with hunts for Melanistics, it is a struggle to stay interested, unless there is a huge event. (Off Topic: I should probably look for any suggestions like this on the forum.)
Overall, I have made a bunch of progress on this game since I joined PFQ (almost 3 years ago oh my gosh!). I have made acquaintances and friends, as well as watched reliable members turn into Staff. A lot of triumphs have come with being on the site for so long, such as unlocking Arceus's summon, hatching my first random shiny, and hatching my first hunted shiny. This game makes the users feel accomplished when they are rewarded, even if it is by a SMALL CHANCE! People congratulate them, possibly trade others gifts for their birthdays, and so much more. A triumph that PFQ has made in total is making the community less toxic. The original PokeFarm had a very toxic community, with members who felt cheated calling out staff members on a ludicrous things. Here, I feel safer as a user as I do not see this type of behavior anymore. The user-base in my opinion is so much nicer and more adaptive than it ever has been for the PokeFarm brand. So I congratulate the entire website for making that possible.
This game, PFQ, has been a very great game for me and many other users. People make friends, meet significant others, and just grow bonds with people from around the world. I give it four of five stars, as I do not see it as perfect, it is very hard to be perfect, and I know that the Staff have a lot more to show to the users. I have experienced a very nice time on this website, and hope to stay on it for many years to come. Thank you for taking the time for reading this, no matter if you're a user or a staff member. There is probably more that I intended to write(type?), but I feel like it would be repeated points that I have already made. Again, thank you. :)

I have been a member of this community since PF1, where I joined around 2011 or 2012 probably. I've always enjoyed the site and the community, because it provides such a pleasant experience. You might think "oh, clicking can't be fun", but it is. It gives me something to do and it's a signature feature of most adoptable websites. I started this website as a little hobby, but now I've become fully invested in it, having spent so many years on both sites. My 2 year anniversary on PFQ is coming up, and that just shows that people can stay dedicated to such a fun, yet simple site. There are so many great features, from basic Pokemon functions such as trading to the site's own creations in the boosts (a la Niet interaction boost). The staff are also incredibly kind and I'm very thankful for that, as there been too many times I've joined a website, only to be greeted by mean or rude staff members. However, the site is not without its flaws, and that can be found in the various bugs, but those are to be expected. Overall, PFQ is an incredible website and it helps drive my passion for Pokemon. Thank you for so many great memories and a great time on both sites. It's very appreciated!

I really do love this site. Started back when it was just pokefarm.org, took a long break and came back, no everything has changed! Some for the better, like dex, gifting pokemon, tournaments, and bbc codes (the wishforge gem thing is great!). But I still miss the mass clicker site (i wonder if its gone for good) the actual maps for scours, the missions, and friending (like I know the VIP thing is on moon, but on here it's convenient but feels a little impersonal.).
Also, is there a better way to buy the special items, because I have a hard time remembering where they all are...

PFQ is a lovely website I found from a little Pokemon group on DeviantArt talking about it. The start might've been too slow for my liking, but it works as a somewhat decent tutorial. It's easy to send interactions, find new users with the jump button, and just all-around have a good time. Pokerus is somewhat difficult to obtain, but that makes a little bit of sense, but at other times not at all. It becomes discouraging if you constantly click the fields of everyone that has PKRS and get nothing. One of my friends, I will not mention who, spent nearly all day trying and didn't get it. I understand it's a lottery, and guarantee isn't given outright, but it's a little nitpick I have. It just feels like it could be improved on... someway, even if that way isn't clear. The wiki is extremely helpful with finding information on certain Pokemon, items, and eggs. Scours are well-done, with the perfect waiting time on receiving your rewards, and a decent cool-down system, even if it feels grinding to wait for a Pokemon to go back to 100%. One of my only complaints is that 1. It implores you to pay money to get things easily, otherwise you'll be struggling, or 2. If you chose to not pay anything, you grind endlessly just to get one single item. Otherwise, PFQ is well-made with rewards sprinkled in for those patient enough to stay true to the game. I cannot wait for future updates.

This site is really enjoyable, especially for collectaholics like me. Resources are plentiful, and currency is easily obtainable for anyone who puts some work into it. I also heavily love the custom pokemon variations and exclusives for the site, and hope to see tons more in the future.

Compared to the old pokefarm this one is highly advanced I know, with the wonderful staff and all the convenient ways to click, trade, and sort pokemon. My biggest issue is the sudden lag spikes the site gets regularly, I understand the servers are running so much at once that it gets congested but a fact is a fact. My other complaint, though small, is that the tournament pokemon affects the pokedex, so if you had arceus rank that is gone now, plus the melan bonus you received. Other than that, I am pretty happy with this game, to another year of excitement, thank you pokemon farm staff.

Honestly? I love almost everything about PFQ. It's easy to get the hang of, nearly everything is optional to do, and both staff and users are friendly.
However, one thing bothers me, and that's being unable to organize PM's.
I understand why we can't delete them, but being unable to organize them at all makes the PM's seem cluttered. Everything is all unorganized and conversations get lost. I've seen a few good ideas for sorting them get rejected, that it's hard to think of one that could possibly be accepted.
Other than the PM issues though, nothing is to my disliking. Like I said, everything is easy to use and figure out. There's also more stuff being added that makes the site grow in both stuff to do and userbase!
