Been playing less than a year and not exactly sold on this being the "best" as a lot of reviewers claim. I've never tried sparring because I have no interest in it nor has anyone sent me one. The community here is a mixture of good and bad. Aside from a good few players, there seems to be a few bad apples here too. While it does have the free to play aspect, most of the other items you would have to pay to obtain or find other players willing to sell them - and sometimes at higher than okay for most prices. Forums are hit and miss and honestly, I rarely use them. I only use them for journal posts but nothing more. Staff I can't say are rude 100% but one MiT was just a bit rude over a journal post and when I told them that they should've given me an opportunity to correct it because I'm not familiar with UK laws and they never bothered to point that part out much to the dismay of those that say "read the rules" - and they responded like I'm not making sense and thus I didn't bother to try talking more sense into them. It just seems like most of the friendlier players are just the normal trainers themselves and not part of the staff.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game and love how much they add (keep doing a great job on adding stuff). Sometimes I have nothing to do, I feel we should be able to do actives to hatch eggs faster and I'm not talking about daily levels, I'm talking about like a system where we interact with others or go on scouts, or even post on threads to speed up the egg hatching process. I just don't want to wait 3 hours for my eggs to hatch. If niet is reading this pls take this into consideration.

i think this is a great website teaching you about pokemon but sometimes this game can get SO BORING because everything is time you wait. it was fun at first, but i think this game can also get boring because of the lack of things. it also doesnt offer a good tutorial it still can be confusing. does PFQ credit the real pokemon becuase some of the stuff are rip offs. not being mean, but im just expressing my thougts. <333 the good part is that the game is full of suprises and the art is pretty good too. everything comes together well, so despite the negative parts of this website, this is till recommended

So I have been on this site forever and yeah only recently got back into it- was pleasantly surprised to see so many new things! Don't get me wrong I really appreciate it and all the work that goes into it! However- its a lotta work to do some things sometimes- the mass click events sure are cool but at the same time it takes HOURS to get that many interactions. And its not exactly kind on the wrists// fingers :') Additionally - I find it frustrating how the EXP boosts only are considered if they are in the persons party.. If I have to click 10,000 times I feel like it would be fair that my eggs get a boost from clicking fields!- maybe this could be something to consider for larger events like that? Also scour missions! The fact that you can only really get 1 item unless its a berry or even sometimes nothing is frustrating- especially when I don't even use the accessories… also upgrades cost so so much if you don't wanna pay ;-; It took me SO much selling to even get the shiny hunter and that was just credits I have SLOWLY started to get the pokegold for everything else and still need about 3000 more and I only can get it from trading my credits OR by the rare box//scour.. Anyway- these are just a few bits that I personally find frustrating but ultimately understand that it needs to be profitable for you guys + still a challenge. I like the collection of pokemon aspect, that's fun and good. i personally am frustrated by all the arbitrary limits on things, like the fact that you can only adopt 6 eggs a day and a max of 12 without paying for egg vouchers. The fact that you can get nothing from scours is also kind of dumb for how long they take. Like it's very hard to progress without either spending lots of money or time, and i don't have either.

In the case of the adoption limit, if that didn't exist, the Shelter would be barren. It's specifically there so that stuff gets put in the Shelter. If you've ever used the Shelter for Eggs even once, then you have benefitted from the adoption limit being in place.

The game is really fun. I adore it, the EXP share, shelter and albino/melanistic mechanics makes it way better then other pokémon clicking games i've played! Though i feel as if there's too much stuff that can only be acquired by the premium currency, and as someone who clicks a lot everyday, i feel like i'll never get enough credits to trade them for the premium currency, as i plan to stay a free player. It takes too long to save up credits by interacting. I also really dislike the daycare mechanic, i wish it would let us have unlimited adoptions BUT the eggs would spawn way less. I think it'd be more fair that way. I also really dislike how the trade centre works. I wish you could put up a trade and let users offer. But you're required to talk it out with someone on PMs or the Forums. I don't plan on engaging this much in the social aspect of the game so i want to stay away from the forums. But if i need a pokémon or something that i have to trade for, i'll have to force myself to use the forums. Overall its a really nice game, but could use some quality of life(?) changes, to make it more fair to free players.

I'm giving this three stars cause its not a horrible website. However, I have a few problems with some payments. It gets a little boring in some months. Sure we have events going on, but i wish there was a bit more content. Also stuff in this site is a little pricey. Also, everytime I log in here, the website crashes my chrome. it never started doing that when I started playing on here. I don't know if it's the amount of users on here, or something else, but please fix it as soon as you can. Other than that, the fakemons and pokemon sprites on this site are pretty spot on! (Some of them might need a liitle bit of art redone on them though.) ^^

The entire game is pretty well thought out, but the BBCode is hard to find, and it would be more helpful to have all of the bbcode in one list so you can just insert it. Other than that the game pretty thought through and is high quality.

the concept of the game is fun and i enjoy collecting pokemon to my heart's content; however, the pay-to-win type transactions are literally everywhere and the community can be toxic (not always but theres a weird hive-mind mentality when it comes to some elitism in certain social groups) not to mention some mods/devs can't seem to take much criticism from what i've seen on reviews from other sites... the albino pokemon are very pretty, and i'd recommend playing this game as a timekiller, but that's about it. please don't waste your money on the microtransactions.
