Excuse me I'm trying to get a koroku breeding pair and the best i have is 5% . Is that a good breeding pair? If not what's the best percentage I can get?

You are better off breeding two Koroku, rather than the two it takes one. (Just to prevent spoilers.) You can get a 99% Koroku pair, but I think a max of 10% for its two parent Pokemon.

Try koroku+ vulpix or koroku+ koroku they can have 99% Arcticuno+vulpix pair has max 5%
