All Delta glows are 3px above, 1px below. SSCleffa does look a little odd because of the star particles giving a choppy glow.
But, as mentioned, there was indeed an issue with the sprite so it was more wrong. But it is now appearing as intended.

i assure you the egg image is there, are you using a skin that perhaps has custom CSS to hide certain elements?
