What program do the staff like to use to create their pixels? I use photoshop but is there a better program? ^^

Ooooh this sounds good! I think I ought to give this a try. I've been doing some pixel art as of recently anyway, haha.
EDIT:
While I'm not part of the staff, I can tell you as an artist that Photoshop is a mighty fine program! No program is inherently "better" at making pixel art - it's really more up to how you use your tool - but there's indeed programs better suited for pixel art. For instance, Aseprite and Pro Motion NG (this is the one I use) are both specifically catered to making pixel art, though they're also paid. But even some free tools like paint.Net and GIMP are good enough to do that :) Heck I even used Clip Studio Paint for my pixel art work before I got Pro Motion NG, haha. So Photoshop should be alright unless you want features unique to pixel art programs.

quick question pertaining to guidelines! for fusions, are we allowed to use PF sprites for pokemon that was after the switch to 3D games? i've got a few thoughts in mind, but wanted to know before i settled on anything solidly!
