Does anyone know the everstoned nature percentage? Like, is it something like 90/100 pokes hatch as an everstoned nature if both parents have the same nature and hold the everstone?

It's something like 76% I think? 50% from one parent, 50% of the remaining 50% from the other parent, plus a 1% random chance from the remaining 25%

Same with Shinorin the other exclusive from the same tournament season. You cant breed them however you can get their eggs from the shop for GP or unlock them with an ocean token.

Anyone know how to make a Mantine breeding pair? I am getting less than 30% with a Mantine I owe and the other Pokemon having a different OT.
