I believe for the Contest results, the stat that is in play must be higher (or Way higher) than the pokes other stats to be effective, results wise. So I don't think having them even would help you any. But that is informed speculation and not known knowledge. Anyone else know?

Now I'm kicking myself for putting the Puffy Clouds there though, I wasn't expecting to do well at all this time around and so I figured adding two non-"Colorful" items wouldn't change much. I wonder how I would have done if I'd stayed with the theme! I'm really happy with this score anyways though, I'm so surprised!

Dumb question, but is there any actual inherent benefit to using a shiny/albino/melan/delta? Or is it just something people use to get popularity votes from players?
