Full support! I was looking for the bbcode for my journal before I realised it didn’t exist. >_<
It would also be great for other users to see which Pokémon are missing from each one of ours dexes too (helps with dex trades), but I guess that’s slightly different and also might be tricky to do?

I've seen other sites which let others see your dex, like which specific entries you have and which ones you don't, but PFQ doesn't have anything like that yet. I think that would be really nice, if Niet can code it.

I came across this thread while looking for BBCodes to show off my dex progress, so I fully support!

Full support! It would most definitely help with seeing the % of pokemon you need left for dexes. I am genuinely surprised it isn't already a thing to be honest.
