how do i change a pokemons name as displayed in their pokemon panel? for example, this pokemon:

in my field is named "mild / 16zc". however, in the panel it simply appears as Gastly. is there a way to show her chosen name rather than just pokemon type in the panel?

It might take a bit for the name change to appear in the panel. Look again now it shows the nickname.

Generally if you change the name of/evolve a Pokémon its display panel takes some time to update. It should show the right name soon.

for me its name has already updated in the panel, so it just takes a little while
