Yes they are for free use as far as I'm aware. I believe you'll need permission if you want to edit any of the smaller Gen 7, Megas, PFQ Fakemon and other PFQ made sprites such as Exclusives and Variants. If you're not editing them then you can use them I believe.

The Gen 7s and Megas are fine unless the Megas are made by PFQ I think.

If you're editing them, then yes, you need permission.

Thanks for the clarification! Sorry, I'm new to this e.e i guess for now, i would ask for permission for the apocalyptic growlithe sprite, the orkit sprite, the seasonal turtwig sprite(s), and male/female snow combee sprites? would that be the correct format? sorry for my noobiness ;-;

Making a banner and caught myself before I added them in. May I use a Ninetales (Regular and Alolan) for a banner? If I can, is it ok if I made them transparent background or is there a set transparent background image? Thanks, foxfeather ^-^"
