I suppose if you were really diligent, you could make a banner through css and style codes the same way you make can make templates out of them. Define the shape you want, the color, borders, text and their position on it, etc. It's certainly doable, but unless you have a decent knowledge of css, you should probably just make a banner with an art program like paint, gimp, sai, paint.net, photoshop, etc.

How do i fuse those progress bars into 3 seperate ones but in one row? Cause they take up one row each.

I was wondering, can I make a progress bar that directly correlates to the amount of pokedex entries I have or do I have to do it manually everytime it gets updated?

You'd have to do that manually, unfortunately.
credits past usernames were Samus & Edgy my guide directory --> XXX (still a wip) 'Jesus Christ you're so damn cold, don't you know you've lost control?'

There's nothing wrong with your signature (at least on my computer), just make sure you put the coding INSIDE of the signature BBCode.

You didn't include the progress bars in the sidebyside styleclass ^^; The sidebyside style code is what makes the layout of the bars side by side c:
