Guide on Shiny Hunting

can someone help me get shinys

Question is it possible to get shinies in the lab too? even if you dont have a huge chain? (dms preferable for answer because i prob wont see it / remember to check here )

Does anyone know of any calculators for odds of the specials now that the amulets have been implemented? I know there was one for melanistic odds but with the change to calculations I was curious
