Hello everyone. Welcome to Sparkle Raffle Extraordinaire! I am your host Addonia, but you can call me Addy, and I am joined alongside Ludmila my helper for this raffle! Ludmila will be helping with keeping track of entrants, donors, and the archive of each round of raffle winners. These will be located in the second post of this thread. Currently on: Round 29! Start and end dates ***Twenty ninth round will begin on April 12th and will run until April 22nd*** Each raffle will run with 5 days in between them for prize distribution. Each raffle will run for 10 days.

1. All PFQ rules apply 2. All official contest rules and raffle rules apply 3. You can only enter for one Pokémon each round. 4.You may not enter for a prize that you have donated. 5. Winners have 5 days to collect their prizes before it goes to someone else. To claim your prize please PM me within the 5 day window. 6. Please use the form and post in the thread. 7. You do not need to pick a back up number but if your number is taken you will be assigned a random or next available number. 8. The password is the pokemon of the day. You only need to include this section of the form if this is the first time you are entering. For the Grand Re-opening everyone will be considered a new entrant as some things have changed. 9. Please subscribe to the thread to ensure smooth collecting of prizes. I will not track you down. 10. Please do not post "thank you" or "congratulations" posts in the thread. Use PM's for these messages. 11. I will be using a random generator to choose the winners. 12. If you win a prize, you must sit out the next raffle. You can rejoin after a full round has passed. Ex. if you won a prize in round 1 you must wait until round 3 to enter again. etc.

not a rule but a preference

I would prefer if you entered the raffle if you intend to keep them as your own, or gift them to a friend, instead of trading them for monetary gain. It would be sad if these were mere pawns to trading for something else. However, this does not effect anything about the outcome of the raffle, as it is randomized.

In Ludmila's post below, you will see the prizes that we are offering as well as the available numbers. Numbers in all small pools will run from 1 to 10. You may only enter for one of the offered pokemon each round. (Exception to this are grand prizes. See explanation below.) Once all ten slots for a pokemon fill up that pokemon can not receive any more entrants. If you see that one Pokémon is filled, you cannot enter for it. However, you can try for other ones that have space. **Grand Prize: In some raffles, there will be grand prizes. Everyone is automatically entered for this prize alongside the individual pokemon that they enter for. You can only enter for the Grand Prize if you enter a small prize pool. Your name will be put on the list for the Grand Prize when you enter the small prize pool. All names go into a list generator to determine the winner. ***In the event of multiple grand prizes, they will be pulled as followed: All participants will be put in a random list generator for each prize individually. I will then pull as many names as there are grand prizes (so if there are 9 grand prizes, 9 names will be drawn from the list of all entrants). After that I will draw 5 additional names for the "runner ups". If a prize is not claimed in 5 days from the time of the drawing, it will go to the first runner up name that is pulled. And so on through the runner up until all unclaimed prizes are distributed. You are not able to choose which specific grand prize to enter for, and the order of which the prizes are chosen to be pulled for will be in order they are shown. (First listed grand prize would be first, the second listed would be second, etc) I will be using a random number list generator for all prize sections. And screenshots will be included with all prize drawings.

Rules regarding donations 1. If you make a donation to these raffles, you will not be able to enter for the Pokémon you donate. You can, however, enter for other Pokémon in the prize pools since all prizes are in their own pools. This does not mean that you have any more chance of winning than the next person. 2. Donations should be discussed through PM and prior to the raffle they end up in. 3. Donations should be sent to Addonia. 4. When you donate, you agree to be placed on a public donor list along with what you have donated. Your name will be added to the donor list when the pokemon is used in a raffle.

The raffle team consists of more than meet the eye. We have a few handy helpers who prefer to be in a more behind the scenes, type of helper. They may hunt specials, or assist with art (with proper credit shown of course), or a number of other things. Q: If I want to donate can I just send a labeled trade or is it a MUST to PM you before? A: You may send over donations without discussing it via PM provided your trade is labeled and states it is a raffle donation. Just remember the donations may not be used immediately after they are sent because sometimes we plan many raffles in a row in advance. Q: May I enter for the grand prize only? A: No. As grand prizes are usually rarer, and not included in every raffle, they can not be entered for directly. You will automatically be entered for a grand prize pool when available by entering a small prize pool. Q: Can I decline to be entered for the grand prize when one is available? A: Yes. You may decline your entry into the grand prize pool if you desire. Q: What numbers can we choose from? A: Each small prize pool will only consist of the numbers 1-10. You may pick whatever number is available (Prize's tab) for the pool you are interested in. In the event you select a number that is taken and do not provide a back up number (or only one spot is left) you will be assigned the next available number for that prize, if any are still available. Q:Do you only raffle off shinies or do you also do a raffle for albinos? A: Typically we are trying to stick to a rotation of shiny and albino Pokémon. Therefore, you can expect the shiny and albino raffles to alternate. This is the main trend that we will follow, though its possible we may divert from time to time. Q:Why is there an asterisk beside my username? A: When you select a number that has all ready been taken, Ludmila will assign a random or the next available number to you. Ludmila will make sure that all usernames link to their original individual post they made when they joined the round. If you have an asterisk by your name it is because your original requested number was taken and you didn't specify a back up number. The asterisk itself next to your username is clickable as well so you can see where she replied with what number she gave you. (Basically it just serves as proof we have assigned you a number even though we could not give you the one you requested.) Q: My name has "Runner Up" or "RU", "RU1", or "RU2" next to it. What does this mean? A: This means you were chosen as a back up (or runner up) winner. Should the user listed as: WINNER fail to claim their prize in the 5 day timeframe allowed, the prize will be sent to the first Runner up. If necessary this cycle will repeat through all runner ups until all prizes have a home. Q: I was selected as a runner up! Do I need to PM Addonia to claim in case the Winner does not claim their prize? A: Nope. If the winner does not PM to claim their prize, once the 5 days are up, I will automatically send the first listed RU the prize. If trade is not accepted in another 5 days, the prize will be sent to the next RU on the list. This cycle will repeat until all prizes are distributed. Q: I won but was away from the site. What happens to my prize? A: Depends on the circumstances. Did you notify me that you would be away ahead of time? If so then I will hold the prize for you since I know when you should be back. If not then business proceeds as usual and the first runner up would receive the prize. Q: I won and was away but could not let you know because it happened suddenly. Do I still lose out on my prize? A: If I don't hear from you in the 5 day time frame your prize will still go to the first runner up, however; feel free to reach out via PM to discuss the circumstances and we may be able to work something out. More may/will be added as the need for more clarification arises

What I do/don't do

As a helper for Sparkle Raffle Extraordinaire, I have the following responsibilities: 1) Tracking the list of entrants for each round 2) Tracking the list of donors for each round 3) Managing the raffle archives 4) Address user's inquiries about wanting to join and help our efforts behind the scenes. Referred to as "Raffle Team Members" Note that I am not a host, and therefore: 1) Any donations or donation-related questions should be sent to Addonia and not me. 2) Questions about rules, how the raffle works, and the form should be sent to Addonia and not me.
