If you have ever had a full party of eggs to hatch, you understand that a majority of your time is spent making interactions and waiting; if you had the ability to adopt pokemon from the shelter with a full party, as long as you could put them in a field, it could give users more things to do aside from just interactions.
The second part involves adopting pokemon directly from their summary pages; Many times I've seen people accidentally release a favorite pokemon and then beg others to help them find it in the shelter. This way if you do happen to accidentally release the pokemon and have access to it's summary page, you could easily re-adopt it. You could also just adopt the pokemon/egg directly from the page if it meets the criteria you desire without having to go back to the shelter page.
Positive points: For the first part: It could give an additional thing to do on the site other than just interactions and waiting for their eggs to hatch; It also gets rid of the frustration of finding a pokemon you want and being unable to adopt it despite having available space in your fields. After all, you can catch pokemon in game when you have hit your party limit as long as you can send them to your box.
For the second part: It's easier and could stop accidents from happening.
Negative points: For the first part: It could have people complete the dex faster; I know this is an issue of concern among people.
For the second point: if someone sees that you have accidentally released a good pokemon they may try to adopt it if they have access to the page and saw you release it before you realized (however I don't think this is likely to happen).
Reason For Consideration: I, like many, enjoy using the shelter; however, it can be frustrating when trying to use it if you accidentally pick up too many eggs. Furthermore, if the second suggestion is implemented it could stop accidents from happening, and it could just be another way to make adopting easier in general if you could adopt from the summary page.
