Two whole Squawkabilly melans - one the rarest color, one the technically most common. Wild. Edit: And then I get the long-awaited white plumage albino after that. Even wilder! (Now do I try to complete the melan set...)

Funny that the PotD at the start of this type race is Meloetta, right as I'm about to stupidly try and melan hunt it. Maybe it'll work out quickly? Unlikely, given I only have like a 40 chain, but still.

I wasn't even running the stats on this hunt yet but somehow I got a melan at a mere 121 chain?! Heck, there's only been 1 albino and no shinies proior to this! EDIT: Final stats, for completion's sake: Shiny: 1 Albino: 1 Melanistic: 1 (121) Hatched: 140

Okay looks like Tandemaus will indeed display the 3-family Maushold icon in the evolve button if it'll become that forme. Useful to know.

So many early unexpected melans in these past few months. Very nice.

Long overdue shop update done. At least, as far as stocking. I haven't yet figured out if I can reasonably put my melan Squawk swap request in there.

So I sorta did an impromptu Glimmet hunt in preparation for the POison Type Race... and only just completed that now. TOok longer than some of these others. Shiny: 26 Albino: 21 Melan: 1 (2046) Hatched: 2050

sure, I guess I'll do an extra melan Applin hunt for reasons, why not I suppose?

Well that hunt ran a bit longer than I thought it might, but at least it wrapped up before the type race so I could go ahead with hatching extra Croaket specials like I was planning.
