since that's a sprite you made yourself, you don't need to ask for permission. If you wish to use it in your about me, just do the following:

I formally give my permission to use Mega Lugia for the use of a story. Permission is granted for slight edits for an original character. Permission was given on 19/Feb/2016 and is indefinite.
