So I started Piplup early for next month's TR because I wanted to get a high enough chain to get another TR melan, and to also get my water badge maxed out before the race. I definitely succeeded on both fronts. Not only did I hatch an early melan, I hatched 3 (One with a shiny twin) in less than 900 eggs and managed to complete the line. Go figure.

Now I'm working on my other badges. And didn't realize just how big of a pain it is to find fighting and steel pokemon that I want to hunt. I already have G. Meowth as a melan, and they don't evolve very early, Togedemaru is cute, but a waste when you know you have a LOT of evos ahead. So for now I guess it's randos from the lab and shelter. Time to hatch ALL the pokemon.

More Water Luck

Today was kinda wild. I've chained 772 magikarp, got 2 melanistics from the chain, several shinies, several albinos, and jumped up to (as of this moment) 10th place in this weeks tournament. Magikarp was DEFINITELY the way to go today. ^_^
