Hypermode Compromise/Übercharm Update

I appreciate the work being done to find a nice middle ground. But sadly the existing economy isn't something I'm familiar with and as a free-to-play player who only just started in December a lot of these to-be legacy items benefited me (and i guess mainly just me/my group) so I understand the changes. I think a part of it is I haven't really seen a game like this where premium currency was so integral. I believe less ZC only options might bring balance. But I'm just noob.
