I don't remember what it is exactly but I do remember Niet saying something about like, cache or something like that. To the point: No. You can delete all of the t= and after and the image will still appear normal as well as save you on characters for your post limit. ^-^

You can create a 'shortlink' as a link; Scroll down to the bottom of the page that you want to add in your trainer card and then click "Get shortlink for this page"

Would anyone be able to help with coding a site skin that'll highlight pokemon I don't have dexed in the shelter?

There's no CSS that will automatically find undexed Pokemon and highlight them.
