Greninja Forme-Changer: Ash's Glove

This is a suggestion to add Ash-Greninja to the game. I know what you're thinking, "Great, another suggestion about Ash-Greninja that's gona get rejected because Thou art not Ash, when will you get the point, ppl?"
However, I am suggesting an item that will facillitate this forme-change: Ash's Glove. This item would have an essence of the anime character that Greninja seem to recognize on a genetic level, allowing the change to happen

I know this has been rejected and I don't mean any disrespect towards your decision. But for curiosity's sake, may I ask why those suggestions pertaining Ash-Greninja have been rejected?

With Niet's quote I assume he doesn't like Ash-Greninja. At least AZ's Floette has lore in the games, Ash-Greninja gets one paragraph from Kukui in the demo and that's it. Nothing in the full game either.
