Is Apocalyptic Golett line included in recolor as well since Unova Golett is getting one, or will really old Variants get recolored at a later date when their time comes? (I'm assuming that'll be when all canon Pokemon are done?)

At this stage the apocalyptic pokemon (along with various other exclusive lines) will be getting complete sprite revamps This includes all the apocalyptic lines, the palkia and dialga primals, shooting star cleffa and guild igglybuff. These will likely be done sometime after Kalos Resprites and the new region are completed

Are there plans for Alola recolours/revamps? Will Galar ever get recolours/revamps, or as the most recent region, is it already up to standards?

Alola will be getting revamps as well, this region was incredibly rushed and because of that the quality isn't what we'd like. At this stage there are no plans to revist galar
