so i can see a couple things legibility wise that would need adjusting, but i'll get to the issue you described first. in the h3 and div parts of your panel code, you just need to move one of the } that makes it so that h3 and div are their own elements inside of panel. before, the placement of the } was implying that the div was inside of the h3, so that only divs inside of the h3 would have that code ( which don't exist ) if that makes sense however, once you do that, your colors change so i would recommend changing the background-color of your div ( the one that's inside the panel ) to a different color. also, in your h3, your color and background-color are the same color--which means on display bbcodes, you wouldnt be able to tell what text is there unless you highlighted it. i hope i helped! :]

lolz i knew it had to be something simple that i was over looking again. one little } in the wrong spot makes all the difference. This did help a lot thank you. The colors i am still working on and plan to change more but knowing how those to work with each other will help me keep them changed up to both work. Thank you for those extra pointers too:)
