it honestly wasn't THAT bad on the staff end. We just had to log into a separate website and deal with tickets sent in via web or email that way - it wsa just all in one hub. For the users it was a pain though xD The thing that was bothersome with it was some QoL issues that could be easily solved with an in-house system and the fact that the support centre was causing constant errors for us.
