I have yet to update the guide (I'll make a note of it to do so soon), but the only way to breed Gibolu as of right now is to breed from one directly. The special breeding method has not yet been implemented as they are a new variant. If I had to guess what the breeding method for them will be when it is implemented in the future, it would be either a male Lucario with a female of the Gible family, or vice versa.
