Bump though I don't know because the staff has to decide and 7 days or something, or do they? Can someone clarify that?

So this is kind of a leftover thing from the original plan, where the Old Rod could "technically" hook the rarer Pokémon, but would then fail to reel them in. This got removed during development as it was invariably annoying and got in the way of upgrading. There isn't really any room in the plan for this, especially as - at some point in the future - I'd like to expand the feature and add the Super Rod.
