So Niet didn't automate the addition of an item and unfortunately overslept which has led to a rather noticeable side-effect - Possmol can't evolve!
We've woken him up now and he's going to get right on that. Sorry for the issue here, seems he needed a good lie in but it came at a cost.
This announcement won't be here for very long since it's actively being fixed but still better to say something than nothing! c:

I have fixed the issue and the item can be found as intended now.
By way of apology, for the next two hours, visit /cheater and use the code overslept to get a free Black Sludge.
EDIT: The code is no longer valid -- the item can be found in the same way as other evolution items.
