Hello. I'd like to buy these Pokemon: 5IV Charmander 5IV Dratini 5IV Noibat 4IV Bulbasaur How much are they in GP/ZC?

Dratini is 20 GP, Noibar is 18 GP, the male Bulbasaur is 10 GP, and male charmander is 20 gp. That is a total of 68 GP or 14 ZC(rounded up). Would you like me to name anyone or cancel anything?
