Add Alt-Text to Region Flags

definate support! this will help out a lot more when putting region specials in a designated field for them. i have yet to get the fields organised better for it but it will help out so much just having that tiny little text in the flag. with this i can know for sure what goes where and not worry about putting them in the wrong place or taking forever looking though the dex to find where its from.

support. as a recently returning player who missed the flags update, i have been hopelessly confused by them this entire time. i actually had no clue what the flags meant before coming into this thread, so thank you for enlightening me. a small hover text with the region name would have clarified things instantly for me.
