I'm bit unsure about this because it could make more lag or crashing especially with mobile, tablet and old laptop users because you would be dragging and dropping to where you want things to go.

I think this might be a misunderstanding? The original idea was to have something similar to the VIP system, the actual order would not change. The only difference would be symbols next to the threads or the thread names.
