Well, give some more information. How are you confused? Have you put in your PF1 username and password? Try reading the instructions over again.

Anything other than Pokémon on Pf1 are the only thing that can transfer. Meaning no pf1 summons, or gold poke. It would break the game balance here. I think someone asked this question not long ago on this thread.
