I'm not quite sure I understand this. My intention with proposal 5 is that the Shiny/Albino/Melan market actually goes back to being a Shiny/Albino/Melan market, and the Delta Point market can be something separate. Instead of buying specials to DP yourself, you would be buying DP from people who have sold their specials (or will do so on request).
