Here's some things that may need fixing or discussing before they get added. Sorted by user.
Discussing legibility-related modifications. Skin will be added after we find something that works.
Do you need to add a credit for that Umbreon portion of the image, or did you draw the Umbreon too? Holding off on adding this until I receive an answer on that since I'm not certain.
Steel could use its text changed to something like black or a darker grey for visibility, it's pretty hard to read this white for like the Server Time text and such.
I'm having a hard time seeing the purple link colour on the Ghost skin, and the reddish link colour on the Normal skin.
The text and links on the Water skin in general have low contrast and are hard to see.
For legibility reasons, I'm going to hold off on adding this the ones specified. Please let me know if you fix these things and I'll add them.
Unfortunately, I cannot add these as things are right now. I have no proof the person in the evidence you provided that that is indeed Majima. However, if you do have contact, I have left Majima a PM, and if you could encourage them to take a look at it then they and I could probably get the ball rolling on this one.

Text is a dark pink/off-black on the pink side.
Background is a scene from the Anime (specifically the movie with Entei and the unown, I can't remember it.)

I've added to it the following modifications:
All psychic type eggs will highlight with a pink glowy box. If I missed one, please let me know, I used the psychic type egg chart.
Party clicking mod: both condensed and hide disliked berry.
Field clicking mod: stack in center, no hopping.
Notif head: Official V~wave icon.
