I know this is rejected, but I'll still swoop in with a CSS fix.
The ID is at the end of the url; for example, the underlined bit in the following:
https://pokefarm.com/summary/LFH7V
And of course, the image URL would just be whatever you want the new image to be.

It works in the fields, the party/userpage, and the summary page for sure.
