You might find photos featuring vivid red eyes, but you get that when photographing people too: reflection on the retina. Red eyes are possible, but the "normal" colour is blue. That being said, we unfortunately don't grant blanket permission here. However, we don't exactly own the idea of Albino Pokémon, so if you wish to create them using official sprites only, knock yourself out :D
