After reading through their policy it allows you to use their images provided their credit is fully visible to the users. Providing the credit on my thread does not make their credit visible to those who may use your skin. I would suggest editing it in such a way that the credit for them appears [url=http://prntscr.com/f2p5oc]here[/url].
Further, the white on that choice of background is a little hard to read, as is the bright red which clashes and hurts the eyes. I would suggest tweaking the colors before you resubmit as well. :3
