That's a good idea. Not allowing AI art is good, while it doesn't prevent the spread of it, it helps lessen the amount of usage it gets.

Asking for clarification does this new rule apply to picrews as well?

Unless that picrew was made using AI-generated images (I am not aware of any that are!) it is fine. If an artist drew each component for that picrew, it's just as valid as any other regular art. ^^

I am artist, and I hate AI-generation arts, to me it feel like a steal. That's why I am thankfully that you all are also against it. 💗😊

I'm an artist who supports AI art, but I can understand having a blanket ban on it since the team is small here and it's hard to moderate.

I love to draw and when i heard this on TV, I must say, it is true and I'm glad to hear this because AI generated art is basically stolen art. I heard a while back ago when I was with my sibling. Glad to hear this and thank you:)
