Suggestion Title: Remove Legendaries, Mythicals, and Ultra Beasts from PotD
Suggestion Summary: Basically, take out the chances of a legendary, mythical, or UB from becoming PotD.
Positive points: Allows people with no-little summon items (like me) to be able to get to use the PotD every time.
Negative points: Would make it very very hard tyo get a legendary/mythical/UB shiny.
Reason For Consideration: Because it helps get more shinies for less experiened players.

the thing about this suggestion is that a user is actually hunting Tapu Bulu today because it PoTD, just goes to show that just because you cant hunt something doesn't mean someone else cant either.
