hey you . random citizen . do you want badly doodled pokemon w/ propeller hats on them? yeah you do . come get one . so i was trying to make myself a placeholder bait and cause i was too lazy to grab my ipad i tried to find an online site that i could make a transparent png on (cause i can't do it on the bootleg mspaint my pc has) and i found out that even if i couldnt make it transparent, i could do something 10x better. give them propeller hats.

there's not a request form per se. but the bare bones info i need is; 1. the pokemon you want (check to see if it has been done before requesting //nodnod) 2. any preferences on the colour of the propeller hat (the default is blue/green/red) 3. anything else i should know?
