So for the PC version Tampermonkey post-integration update (I'm using Google Chrome's latest version) I was able to get QoL working again after a bit of fiddling:
1) In the Tampermonkey Dashboard, if you haven't already adjust the Config Mode to "Beginner" instead of Novice.
2) Next, adjust the integration setting if you have not already:
3) Finally, scroll ALL THE WAY to the bottom and you should see an option to "Restart Tampermonkey":
4) Once you have done those above steps you will need to hard Refresh PFQ with Control+Shift+R -- this should make the QoL icon display on your Timers bar again.
Note that if this doesn't work for you like it did for me, I can't offer any further troubleshooting because I have NO IDEA what I am doing beyond this. xD
