Originally, I /was/ going to wait until the next Sei day to start hatching again because, more bonuses. BUT. I had a crappy day/night on October 7th (When this little guy hatched, my time) and I had decided to just say screw it. I activated a Normal crystal and continued with Doduo until I used up the majority of my adoptions (which also yielded a melan) and then I saved that chain and switched back to Ditto to use the 84ish Eggs I had that already came in. Honestly? I only wanted a personal Naughty Shiny and Albino from this hunt, of course a Melan was a long term goal but I expected the melan to show up... very later in the chain. I’d decided to delta the party that this Melan hatched from cause I had a good feeling something special would hatch, I just.. Thought it’d be a Shiny or an albino.. 😂 The hatching was very laggy, none of the actual ditto images were loading, I couldn’t see any Delta auras but I saw sparkles. It took my sleep deprived brain a hard time to catch on to what kind of sparkles they were and I just gasped and said ‘Oh my god’ while in a call with Tye and he thought I directed it at the video we had been watching together at the time until he went to check my party. I panicked hardcore to try and put it in a field from the party page, I ended up putting it into a trade, not once but /twice/ on accident while my brain processed what i’d Just hatched. Inky, you were so in-expected but you’re a treasure, my treasure. You’ll only be Dexed out to close friends whom I know I can trust. 💕 Thank you for making my crappy night into an amazing one! 💕 (Inky was given his name by Tye 💕) As per what is a custom around my friends, Tye and Ro kept telling me to ‘GET A MELAN’ and by god...
