Condensing "Pokémon That can Evolve"

My suggestion today is to condense the Pokémon ready to evolve on the farm page for mobile phone users. I noticed today when going to my farm news that most of my phone was this: https://pokefarm.com/upload/Lupatopia/IMG_0176.PNG I think condensing this will help the page load faster on cell phones and maybe not take as long to scroll through (though there is buttons to get to other sections).

It won't really affect loading time since that's loaded in dynamically after the page has loaded anyways. Also, there are jump links at the top to get to the different sections of that panel, which should be addressing the issue already, does it not?
