Allow Align to Grid in public view

When you are interacting with someone else's Pokemon in fields, you can't see what they have if the Pokemon are stacked. But there are some fields where the owner wants you to see them, for example UFT, legendaries, etc. If the Pokemon can be aligned to the grid by other people, then people can stack all their Pokemon and still know others can see them, if they want.

That's the owner's responsibility. If they want you to be able to see them, then they should make the effort to make it so.
