[pkmn=Flabebe/Color Name Flower]
So [pkmn=Flabebe/Dark Purple Flower] makes 
I actually didn't consider what they were until you asked and then tried to figure out the forme name.

Az Floette doesn't seem to have a party sprite, this is the image in fields.

I think also each AZ Floette is a random color flower because mine is the Yellow Flower.
