Antivirus Software Triggered
Forum Index > Core > Bugs >
Norton Secure Browser is currently reporting this website as dangerous. It says it contains harmful phishing links. I've never reported something like this before, lemme know if you need details or more info.

AVG has been triggering again too.
It happened before and seemed to have fixed itself but now began again.
It was reported the last time too.
Previous report.

It has triggered on my Avast Secure Browser too despite me already adding PFQ to the Exceptions on my antivirus software during the previous incident.
I should also note that the button to take you to the site anyway despite the warning doesn't work for me either as it immediately triggers again.
Edit: This is what I'm faced with when I try to access the site. No popup from Avast, the site is just blocked.
This has been happening through Avast for me as well. Whenever I load the site or refresh a page after being away from it for so long, it'll keep triggering and it's honestly getting beyond annoying. (no i'm not saying the devs are what's annoying. I mean avast pinging this constantly. It's making it rough just wanting to load the website at all.
The website is already in the exception list, however this is the second one that I had mentioned when I posted the thread the last time it happened. The "plausible.moons.bio" connection, claiming the url is phishing.
Edit: I've noticed that when it triggers is when the next action on the website triggers a longer loading scene than when being active on the page. So like as if it's relogging us in automatically and going to the page we clicked to go to (like the shelter or daycare for example) This is when it seems to be triggered each time. I don't know if this is just me imagining things or what, but figured I'd include it in case it's helpful for the admins.
I'm not sure with other types of anti virus but I use Avast. Avast has an exceptions section that I added the following sites to
1) http://pokefarm.com/
2) https://pokefarm.com/
3) https://plausible.moons.bio/
I have not had Avast trigger at all since adding all 3 of these. The #3 is the site that Avast themselves said was triggering the false positive and since Moonsy monitors it then I felt safe adding it. Before I added #3 it would still trigger but wouldn't be able to block the site from being used but I got tired of it triggering so I added #3 and haven't had a problem.
I hope this helps y'all and hopefully y'all's antivirus lets you do exceptions!
