I have seen this in other games and tought it fits in here too.
Myy sugesstion is that maybe somone offical like an admin or mod create a post in Help where New players can post a form or smth. And helpers can pm them and suport them (Who should be a helper can be discussed)

No support, sorry. It does sound like a good idea, but... For a game like pokefarm I think it's good that you can establish that you can rely on anyone here, not just one person who assigns themselves to you.
I have other points for why I don't like this idea, but I'm a bit fried, sorry ^^;
[also, keep in mind I might be misinterpreting your suggestion]
