Single post in Adopt a Newbie

I have seen this in other games and tought it fits in here too. Myy sugesstion is that maybe somone offical like an admin or mod create a post in Help where New players can post a form or smth. And helpers can pm them and suport them (Who should be a helper can be discussed)
