'ello! i was wondering how i could make it so that an image is a link? in my bio, i want to draw something and have it link to an art shop. i don't know whether that requires css or just regular bbcode

I think I could help with a part in the background section.
Background blend mode is basically shading for CSS. Attributes like Multiply and Darken darkens an area, though Darken does nothing from my experience; attributes like Luminosity, Color Dodge, and Lighten lightens an area, and Normal is normal. I hope you take help from other people!

Yes, comments. Do this:

It's a multiline comment so you can easily continue to the next line and I recommend using that one only, not the single line just in case things get mixed up down the road. And don't forget to close it!
so question. in the about me section i would really like to know how to target a specific image without using the styleclass thing. i looked it up and found aout about the [src*="urlhere"] thing but it doesn't seem to work

That is HTML. The forums and such are run on BBCode.
For BBCode you would need an [img]target here, no http links[/img] tag.
This goes for outside the styleclass area, even though I don't believe CSS would use HTML tags. It's just parentheses.
