1/11/23: i started this like two days after i ended the zorua hunt. my luck is awful i got one shiny and that was it but i have enough gems and that was what i was doing this hunt for so it's done now. i need to catch up on the new pokemon added and also summon an ultra beast or two final hunt numbers: 682h/1s/0a

audino for type race

7/11/23: making a post early cause i'm starting the hunt early this time! i want a decent shiny chance during the race and i may not end up as active as is optimal (i got stuff to do) so i'm building it up now rather than later someone else on the team is hunting audino too!! which i wasn't expecting, but it is fun to see. they have significantly loftier goals than me. i hope they get their melans :D 15/11/23: about halfway through tr and i have hatched 4 shinies and not a single albino. May I Have One Please. Thank You. also, unrelated to hunt but related to tr: erudon is killing it as tr leader. might send them a spare shiny. maybe one for himi too if i have any sweets spare? genuinely do not remember but i thiiink the second one i hatched was naive 16/11/23: hatched another shiny after that post yesterday. Where Albino 15/11/23: i now have 9 shinies in a ~800 chain. i've decided that i'm going to save my ip, recharge some shiny charms, wait for a sei/niet/shazi day (or any combination of those) (mcw coming up so maybe then?) and then pop a z-crystal and a shiny charm a day and hope for the best. until then... well my shiny luck's been cracked this is definitely my best ever hunt regarding that so here's hoping my luck continues in the meantime 26/11/23: ahem.

i am ren and this is my (prototype) trade shop! specials, delta pokés, and gems for sale (as stocks last, of course!), and plenty of things i'm buying! a little note: as i'm currently gearing up for a diancie hunt starting during the march type race, there are a lot of things in my shop that i'll trade for diamond tiaras instead of selling for currency. notably, any shiny or albino of mine will go for a diamond tiara as well as gp or zc!

so i haven't recorded any of my hunts since audino for type race in early november, which was four months ago now. i don't even fully remember what i hunted. filling out this post is going to take looking through my specials and my discord messages.

the diancie hunt begins

so! i'm actually doing this! because of the lineup of type race teams i have, i get boosts that can be applied to diancie hatchin' two months in a row - rock for march and fairy for april. the plan is as follows: i run my hunt starting at march's type race, all through the rest of the month and into april, then have one last hurrah in that tr. i'll maximise the bonuses as best i can - i have an ubercharm for the month + will have another by fairy tr, a fair few shiny charms to pop on bonus days/during the tr weeks, and a fair few z-crystals to further bump up my albino chances. also i have six months of hypermode and almost enough zc to buy ten super lucky eggs. we are going speedy. my goals are as follows: baseline: hatch at least one special diancie. this is pretty likely considering i've got bonuses galore lined up. (hit as of 7/3!) realistic: at least one shiny and one albino. less likely, but still distinctly possible, i think. exceeding expectations: a steel delta special. i like steel deltas, i collecct them, and a steel special diancie would be incredible. not expecting to get one, but a beast can dream. pipe dream: a melan. a steel delta melan is the real pipe dream but melans in general... there's no way. haha jk unless. i really don't expect to meet this goal, though, hence why it's called what it is.
