"Nice"s might give Delta Points?

Suggestion Title: Giving "Nice" Delta Points Suggestion Summary: Giving a "Nice" to someone has a small chance (about 1/50-ish?) to give that person a delta point, if they have the item to collect Delta Points. Positive points: Gives a small incentive to give people "Nice"s, would help the Delta collectors a little bit. Negative points: Might not be worth it, might alter the shiny market, for there would be another way to get the Delta Points. Reason For Consideration: Probably won't take much code, won't really change anything gameplay-wise, and will let non-guests to give people Delta Points. I hope this is decent!

No. This is not what Delta Points were designed for. δPs were designed to serve two purposes: - Open up the community to try and get some more people involved - Siphon alternate-coloured Pokémon from the game Adding "Nice!" as a source of δP would not help the game balance in any way, and would in fact hinder it.
